Dr Roy was very friendly and understanding. He explained things very clearly and gave the opportunity to ask questions. He made me feel at ease and reassured me I would be in great care.

Honestly a very comfortable experience, and the good doctor gave simple but detailed explanations. I learnt quite a few things today, and our appointment felt the way every doctors appointment should feel. Thanks Doc!

I had gallbladder removal by Dr Gurprashad on 30th September 2022 in Luton. I have recovered really well. I must say that Dr G is the BEST doctor I have ever had dealings with for my health in all my 57 years of life. Not only is he kind in the way he speaks to you, explaining everything, he actually listens to the patient. Most doctors are haughty and can look down on the patient when we speak about our worries, but not Dr G. He spoke to me and listened to my concerns and worries as if I was a loved member of his extended family. Due to religious beliefs, I had some specifications for my surgery. Other doctors had dismissed my concerns and even refused to treat me, (for other health concerns) but Dr G did everything in his power to accommodate this. I cannot fault him. He is kind, caring and really makes you feel at ease. I went into my surgery with him completely relaxed, knowing he would do his absolute best for me. I have sung his praises to friends who need surgery in Luton, and in the future, if I or my family members ever need a surgery that he performs, I would do all I could to pay private to have him do it rather than anyone else. He really is a lovely, kind and gentle doctor, which is rare these days in the national health service. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr G for NHS and private treatment! You will not find a nicer doctor, that I can promise you. Thank you Dr Gurprashad for treating me so well.

Mr Gurprashad was absolutely amazing with my 14 year old son. He was extremely professional while being informative, using language my son understood. He spoke to my son and asked his opinion, as well as consulting me. My son was nervous about attending the appointment, but left the consulting room feeling reassured and totally at ease. Thank you very much!!!
